Check-in and check-out was a breeze, rooms were comfy and clean, and the staff was super helpful with restaurant reservations. the little candy and tea bar up front were a nice touch every morning, helping us kickstart our day with a smile. A tiny hiccup was the noise that cropped up at 5 am - sounded like it could be a rooftop machine, but a pair of earplugs sorted that out quick! 🌟.

I was happy with hotel's unbeatable location in the middle of jackson. A safe, TV, and a writing table inside the a twin room were handy...

I stayed here 9 nights and enjoyed it. One of the advantages - decent size rooms; they included a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet. The hotel was set 400 metres from the bus stop.

Rooms were a bit cramped.

The brand-new rooms here in a downtown area were perfect, the staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating, and there were plenty of great options for breakfast, making for a very pleasant overall experience.

the location was marvellous - so close to the popular sights such as gion, yasaka shrine, kamo river and nishiki market as well as many shops. btw, it was not too far from aria resort & casino.

The rooms are clean and have very comfortable beds, with the added bonus of smoke detectors for safety, and the bathrooms come equipped with a bidet.

The staff here were so friendly when we arrived. They stayed brilliant throughout our whole stay. Our double room had everything we needed - a fridge for cold drinks, an electric kettle for hot beverages, and air conditioning for those warm days. 😊.

Here you're in the heart of everything , right next to all the hotspots, the lovely Kamo river, and shops. the room for two was super cozy, like brand, new , exactly what I needed for my stay. 😊.
